Bev Maiellaro, Administration

Held position since 2005.  This position (not a Board position) is responsible for managing invoicing, the waiting list, collecting and distributing mail, and maintaining a member database for mailings, emails and the website.  bmaiellaro@comcast.net

Randy Terrell, VP Pool

Long-time Board member and former President rejoining the Board in 2009.  VP Pool is responsible for the pool operations including:  chemicals and equipment maintenance/repair; life guards and general conditions of the area inside the gate:  deck, pavillion and general grounds.  This does not include the swim team, social events like pool parties or concessions.  r.t.adventures@mindspring.com

  • Section 3 –  The Vice President shall have and exercise all the powers, authority, and duties in their areas of responsibility and of the President during the absence of the latter or in his or her inability to act.  In addition, Vice President(s) shall perform such duties as may be assigned to them by the Board.

Section 4 –  The Treasurer (and his/her assistant, if any) shall have custody of all funds, securities, fiscal papers, and other intangible assets of the Association.  He or she shall receive the revenues of the Association and pay its bills as authorized by the Board.  He or she shall provide and maintain full complete records of all the assets and liabilities of the Association.  He or she will prepare and submit at each regular meeting of the Board a financial statement of the condition of the Association as of the last day of the preceding month.  He or she shall have the power to sign checks, along with the President and any other Board Members(s) as designated by the Board, with the restrictions noted in Article VIII, Sections 11 and 12.  At the end of each Fiscal Year, the Treasurer shall submit an Annual Financial Statement for the Association’s corporate records.
